Project MusicForLife, Rise Up!
Support the Filipino musicians in Phuket.
Like their Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/pg/musicforlife.phuket/
Due to the Covid19 pandemic, many people, from different parts of the world, have lost their jobs. Our team, MusicForLife, is a small group of Filipino musicians based in Thailand from Kata, Karon, Patong, and Chalong who have lost our jobs for more than a month now, even before the total lockdown started here in Thailand. According to the news, Phuket ranked the highest infected province of Covid19 in Thailand.
While we are following and obeying the law of Thailand, trying to get by with what's left with us, we have just recently received a piece of breaking news. According to the medical doctors and experts of Thailand, the entertainment industry, where we belong, will be closed for another three (3) months, starting on April 30.
Since we are also a group of friends and workmates, we decided to make use of our talents and made our Facebook fan page as our online venue to organize music-for-a-cause events and raise funds for financial assistance and to help us get through these trying times of pandemic Covid19.
On behalf of MusicForLife, as foreign workers here in Thailand, we are in need of your financial assistance. Any amount would be greatly appreciated in order for us to pay for our Visa fees, sustain our daily needs and necessities, like food and water, milk for the babies and kids, even our house rentals, water & electricity bill. In return, we will be doing some live music thru our Facebook profiles. You can also leave a message if you would like us to serenade you privately. We are looking forward to entertaining you with our talents and we thank you in advance for your consideration and support.
P.S. For your donations, kindly click the link below or send us a message by clicking on the “Send Message” button on our Facebook page so we can also accommodate your inquiries. https://gogetfunding.com/riseup-musicforlife/
Cheers everyone!
