Don't miss the chance to cross Skopje's famous Stone bridge. The bridge is considered a symbol of Skopje. It is connecting the impressive Macedonia Square with the Old Bazaar district. The bridge dates back all the way to the late 1400s, the current Stone Bridge was built on Roman foundations under the patronage of Sultan Mehmed II the Conqueror between 1451 and 1469.
