Naturally the drunk dogs caught my attention during the Ati Atihan festival in Kalibo. The dogs were drinking Red horse beer, the strongest beer in the Philippines. :-)
They gave us visitors an unforgettable performance that hot and fantastic day on January 15 2011 in Kalibo, Phiippines.
